These meetings give licensed users the opportunity to share experiences, network and offer input into the direction of the products they use. User and Focus Group Descriptions


Phase Forward IRT User Group Meeting
The Phase Forward IRT User Group is a forum for open discussion to share knowledge and industry best practices for clinical supply professionals and provide a networking opportunity. During this luncheon there will be round table discussion on topics of interest, discussion of next steps for future the user group meetings and a presentation of the Phase Forward IRT product roadmap.


Phase Forward Clinical Development Center User Group Meeting
We invite users of the Clinical Data Repository and Statistical Control Environment to the inaugural Phase Forward Clinical Development Center user group meeting. Attendees will have the opportunity to build a network of talent to draw upon, compare notes on possible future enhancements and connect with the product team. The goal is to support users in forming a leadership team for this user group, and to kick off planning for future meetings and teleconferences, topics of interest, venues and forums.


Central Coding User Group Meeting
During this meeting, attendees will discuss the 2010 Central Coding direction and customer feedback will be requested. More information on the newly formed Central Coding User Group will also be available.


InForm User Group Meeting
Licensed users of InForm are invited to join this meeting which will offer attendees the opportunity to provide their input into a number of topics including product roadmap and possible futures. Other agenda items will include reporting and a review of the current and future specialist focus groups.


Empirica™ Trace User Group Meeting**
Licensed Empirica Trace customers are invited to join this meeting. The objective is to provide an opportunity for discussion among the users of Empirica Trace and the Phase Forward team that develops and supports the product. Participants will be from the Pharmacovigilance user side and the IT support side, and the discussion will primarily be around the functionality of the product.


Empirica™ Signal User Group Meeting**
We invite all licensed Empirica Signal customers to participate in the Empirica Signal User Group. The meeting objective is to promote discussion among the users of Empirica Signal and the Phase Forward team that develops and supports the product. This session will be an opportunity to discuss the product’s present capabilities and to put forward suggestions for possible future enhancements.


** Empirica Suite – Joint Users’ Meeting
We’re inviting all current and prospective licensed users of any Empirica product to join us for a joint Empirica User Session which will take place in the second half of the morning after the Empirica Trace and Empirica Signal early morning sessions. The objective of this session is to discuss how the different suite products, including Empirica Trace, Empirica Signal and Empirica™ Study can work together to support lifecycle product safety and risk management activities, and interact more efficiently with eClinical and Reporting and Analysis applications.
